BYTE-force LLC LICENSE

      PLEASE READ THIS LICENSE AGREEMENT CAREFULLY BEFORE INSTALLING
		OR USING THE ForceField.NET Web Edition SOFTWARE.

These terms and conditions (the "Terms") of this license agreement (the
"Agreement") govern your use of the ForceField.NET Web Edition software
(the "Software").

If you do not agree with these Terms, do not install or use the Software.

If you install the Software or use or attempt to use the Software, you are
taken to have read, understood and agreed to be bound by these Terms.


1. WARRANTIES, DISCLAIMERS AND DISCLOSURES

1.1 The Software is provided "as is" without any warranty of any kind,
express or implied, including but not limited to any warranties of
merchantability or fitness for a particular purpose. BYTE-force does not
warrant that the functionality of the Software will meet your requirements,
that the operation of the Software will be uninterrupted or error-free, or
that defects in the version of the Software downloaded will be corrected by
BYTE-force. 

BYTE-force does not warrant or make any representations regarding the use
or the results of the use of the Software in terms of the completeness,
accuracy, reliability or otherwise.


2. LIABILITY

2.1 You agree to assume the entire risk as to the quality and performance
of the Software. BYTE-force shall not be liable for any direct, indirect,
incidental, special or consequential damages, including but not limited to
damages for loss of profits, savings or data or wasted expenditure arising
from the use or inability to use the Software.


3. OWNERSHIP

3.1 All rights, title and interest including intellectual property in the
Software, including all images incorporated into the Software are, and will
remain, vested in BYTE-force. 

3.2 Except as permitted by law or as expressly permitted in this Agreement,
you: 

	(a) must not reverse assemble, reverse engineer or reverse
	compile, alter, modify, adapt, disassemble, decrypt or
	create alternate or derivative works of the Software or any
	part thereof;

	(b) must not sub-license, loan, sell, or transfer the
	Software or any part thereof to any other person; 

	(c) must not copy the Software in a way not specifically
	permitted herein.


4. RESTRICTIONS ON USE OF REDISTRIBUTED SOFTWARE

4.1 If you have not paid the license fee, and acquire the Software as a
part of a third party application, part 5 of the Agreement does not apply.
You may only use the Software in conjunction with that application.
Components of the Software may not be copied, changed or used in any kind
of derivative work.  


5. SCOPE OF GRANT

5.1 If you have paid the license fee, you may install the Software on one
computer. Being installed on a computer, components of the Software may be
copied to any number of web-published folders at the same computer, if only
it does not contribute to distribution of the Software or any part of it.

5.2 You must acquire and dedicate a separate license for each separate
computer on which the Software is installed or its components are copied
and used.

5.3 If it is needed to host your web application, you may perform one
additional installation of the Software either on one computer to be used
with multiple web sites, or on multiple computers, provided that all they
run the same web site.

5.4 Notwithstanding any other clause of this Agreement, you may

	(a) use the Software in conjunction with software
	applications created by you or a third party developer
	
	(b) change the Software's design and use all programming
	features of its components to suit the internal needs of
	your web site.

5.5 You may not modify and distribute any part of the Software as a new
software created by you or as a part of it. In order to deploy your own
applications you will have to purchase the Force-Field developer's package
at

5.6 In spite of that, you may copy components of the Software as a part of
any web site, developed by you for your personal or commercial purposes.
You must place the file license.txt, containing this text, to any web site
folder which contains the Software components.

5.7 BYTE-force reserves any rights not expressly granted to you.


6. SECURITY

6.1 You will be solely responsible for the use, management and control of
the Software during the term of this Agreement. 


7. SUPPORT

7.1 No support or maintenance is provided with the Software. 

7.2 However, BYTE-force may assist you where it can and all feedback is
appreciated. Your contact details will never be disclosed to any other
party.


8. LEGAL PROCEEDINGS - JURISDICTION AND APPLICABLE LAW

8.1 BYTE-force may take legal proceedings against you or third parties if
there is any actual, threatened or suspected breach of this Agreement,
including proceedings for an injunction to restrain such breach.

8.2 This Agreement shall be construed, governed by and interpreted in
accordance with the laws of the Russian Federation, and you agree to submit
to the jurisdiction of the Arbitration Court at Chamber of Commerce,
Moscow.
